Band clinic offerings

Brass Fundamentals clinics

  • Tone production: develop a rich, resonant sound

  • Air support and breathing: research-backed methods for better efficiency and ease of play

  • Range development: build flexibility in all ranges with more ease

concert band clinics

  • Individualized instruction for trumpet, horn, euphonium/baritone, trombone, bass trombone, tuba

  • Playing as an ensemble: improve balance, articulations, and section cohesion

  • Brass ensemble skills: reinforce musicianship through exercises, chorales, and repertoire

Jazz band clinics

  • Playing with authenticity: developing a great swing feel and capability across styles
